Kshitij hosts a galaxy of events aimed at boosting the technological and managerial skills inherent in today's youth and providing them with an opportunity to showcase their innovative ideas and thoughts. The events in Kshitij cover almost every thinkable domain in the field of technology and management.These form the heart and soul of the festival and seek to provide a common platform for the best brains to interact and nurture their seedling ideas transforming them into giant trees of innovation and progress. The events serve to inculcate the spirit of innovative thinking amongst the finest technical and managerial brains in the country. We hope that our endeavor will play a significant part in putting the deserving minds of the nation and the world on an ever rising and never ending growth curve.

Before the carpet unrolls and the mega event starts in its full swing, Genesis brings to you a series of online competitions.

Conceptualize
An idea that is developed and put into action is more important than an idea that exists only as an idea.

Quizzard
Have a knack of knowing everything about everything? Firing questions ring a 'buzzer' in your head?

Theories N Core
Theories N Core, as the name implies, takes you into a reverie of the very basics. It is not for the 'Jack of all trades' but the 'Masters of one'.

Robotix
The future world of complex automised gadgets has its roots in today's robots of simple functionality.

Ab Initio
Creative thinking is an essential supplement to, though not a replacement for, critical thinking. Ab initio i.e. making mechanical or architectural models...

Strategia
Having a great idea is not enough for sureshot success. Selling the same and extracting the maximum mileage out of it are equally essential.

How to Reach The College:

Kharagpur can be reached in about 2 hours by train from Howrah railway station of Kolkata or 3 hours by car from Kolkata Airport. The Institute is about 10 minutes drive 5 km from the Kharagpur railway station. Private taxi, autorickshaw or cycle-rickshaw can be hired to reach the Institute
